Dilatometer DIL 802
Differential measurement between two sample

Zoom DIL801

The differential dilatometer DIL 802 is designed for the highest accuracy and for use under vacuum and inert gas within a temperature range of -160°C to 2400°C.

Here the difference between a sample and an inert sample is measured.
With dynamic temperature programs, e.g. with the RCS (Rate-Control-Sintering) as well as in the lower temperature range the DIL802 shows its excellent features. The DIL802 can easily be converted into a single-sample dilatometer.

The measuring head is thermally stabilized and insensitive to shocks. You can use easily interchangeable measuring systems made of fused silica, Al2O3, sapphire, graphite and tungsten.
The temperature measurement is carried out with thermocouples (type K, S, B, C) and radiation pyrometers.
The inductive sensor (L.V.D.T.) shows a resolution of 10nm.

Various certified reference materials for the calibration of the equipment are on offer.
The entire electronics operates digitally and with an own processor system to control the furnaces, the measuring data recording, the gas supply, the vacuum unit and the safety devices.

The professional 32-Bit software WinTA 9.0 runs under Windows®98, ME, 2000, NT4.0, XP.
An extensive software accurately and efficiently deals with both routine tasks and comprehensive evaluations. Export functions as tables in ASCII- and Excel format and a graphic file out in the formats BMP, JPG, TIF, EMF etc. enable a cross-platform work.
